Once you've won and paid, collecting your items is simple.
Here's how you do it.
Picking up your items
All items are available for pickup at our warehouse in Stoney Creek, Hamilton. Pickup is open to anyone who has completed payment for their winning lots, no appointment needed.

10:00am – 4:00pm
Payment first, then pickup
Payment must be completed before you can collect your items. Once payment is confirmed, you have up to 14 days to come in. Bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
7-day pickup window
Items not collected within 7 days of payment may be forfeited. If you need to make alternative arrangements, contact us as early as possible.
Shipping your items
Can't make it to Hamilton? We've partnered with pkgPlace to deliver your winning items straight to your door. Sign up, fill in your delivery details, select SoftCanada Auctions as your auction house, upload your invoice, and submit — that's it.
